Register for Mail4ward Membership

There are two ways to register for Mail4ward. You can register online or download the registration form in PDF format.

Register Online

Register by Mail

Please download following two PDF files. The Registration PDF is to be printed out and completed by yourself, then sent to the us using one of the methods below.

Download Adobe Reader
	You will need Adobe Reader to view the Mail4ward PDF files. Requirements: Windows XP SP2 / SP3, Windows Vista Please visit http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader to download the latest version of Adobe Reader if you cannot view the files. Please contact us if you need any help to view these files after you have installed Adobe Reader.

If paying by credit card, you can pay using Paypal. A $2 surcharge applies per transaction. Please add this to the total cost.
