It's very simple, you place a postal deposit down when you first join and start paying a monthly fee. Your monthly fee goes towards the upkeep of your postal address, and your postal deposit is used bit by bit each time mail is forwarded. check out our prices page for more information.

Your postal deposit can be added to at any time, and when you cancel or finish your membership, the remainder of your postal deposit is refunded back to you. Simple!
